Victor Hugo Villalobos is Managing Partner of Juniper Resilience, a security, risk, and resilience advisory firm. His career began in the U.S. military in combat arms and special operations, followed by service in the intelligence and transnational law enforcement community and serving as Deputy CSO at MUFG Bank. Today, Victor is focused on the intersection of technology, people, process, leadership, and risk across an asymmetric risk landscape, building converged resilience programs spanning travel risk, cyber and physical security, crisis management, and business continuity for the charitable and mission-driven sector.
