Ceri McQueen

Ceri is an experienced risk professional who has built travel risk management (TRM) programmes from scratch, creating sustainable frameworks that continue to support travellers long after implementation. Although her career has since moved into cyber security and human risk, her passion for travel risk management remains unchanged. She is a strong advocate for people-centred travel, believing that effective TRM is built on duty of care, inclusion and recognising that travel is not a one-size-fits-all experience. Ceri is passionate about helping organisations understand the unique challenges travellers may face, raising awareness of cultural, legal and behavioural risks, and ensuring travel risk management starts with people, not processes.
